BYLAWS ELECTION RESULTS

The Bylaw ballots were counted at the board meeting on 2/8/2006.

The new bylaws passed by the required 2/3 majority and are now in effect.

There were
169 total votes cast
116 were yes
53 were no
This was 68.6%

There was also 1 ballot returned without a vote marked which was not included in the count.

The counting was conducted by the head of operations. Two non board staff members did the actual counting. The board observed the counting.

We would like to thank everyone who sent in their ballot.

Tell me, was there anyone who disagreed with the bylaws present for the ballot counting?

Oh, probably not, since anyone who dared to speak against the bylaws was disinvited from being on staff.

Allow Greyhart and Pat Witte to count the ballots and I'll believe the ballot count.
