So Rob, the Board makes an effort to correct the possiblity for potential abuse and you're not happy with it ?? What's up with that??

I agree with Alyx, It isn't removing any of the other descriptions or requirements, only the one that allows way too much latitude. I would like to think should I want to run for the Board in the future, the sitting board would not be able to suddenly put into play some outlandish stipulation/requirement preventing my doing so just because I was NOT the person they want to serve on the Board with them
