What is the METHOD OF DELIVERY?

In our continuing efforts to improve the Dragonfest retreat and to do our part to help protect the environment, we will be discontinuing a large portion of the paper mail that you receive. Printed material that was previously mailed to you will now be available online at our website for both viewing and for downloading. If you send us your email address, we will send out email announcements when these materials are posted. Announcements will also be posted on the Dragonfest forums. This allows us to keep you better informed, reduce the amount of materials sent to landfills, and will allow you to choose the information that most pertains to you. The following list shows approximately how information will be distributed.

We do understand that not everyone in our community has access to the internet or has a personal preference to receive these materials in the mail. You can Update your contact information and select how you want to receive material by going the UPDATE contact form and sending us your information.

•If you would like to keep receiving this material by U.S.P.S. mail, please select the Post Office (U.S.P.S.) option in the Method Of Delivery Field.
•If you want us to send you an email when we post material, please update your contact information with your current email address by emailing regi...@dragonfest.org.

Please Note:
1. Only those individuals who specifically request the Post Office (U.S.P.S.) option will receive them in through the mail.
2. The Ticket Packet and Election Packet will continue to be sent to all members through the regular mail (U.S.P.S).
