Registration

Dragonfest 2012 ticket information is not available yet.  Check back in February.

Thanks for coming to Dragonfest 2011! Please download the registration form, print it out (Ctrl + P or use the File menu under the Google docs logo), complete it, and mail it to the Dragonfest PO box.  In addition to full retreat tickets, we will offer discounted weekend-only tickets.  A weekend pass will allow access from Friday or Saturday through the end of the retreat.  Breakfast is NOT included!  There is no pre-registration for this, and it will be CASH ONLY at the gate.  Checks, credit cards or money orders will not be accepted.

Online registration will not be offered this year, but you can select PayPal as a payment method on the paper registration form.

Registration rates for 2011 have not changed from 2010.  The merchant registration form and more information about vending is on the merchants page.

* Family plan is 1 adult and any number of children age 0-17 for whom the registering adult is a legal guardian.

Refunds are sent after Retreat is over. 75% refunds will be given for cancellation requests postmarked by July 15. Refunds for requests postmarked before July 31 will be 50% of what was paid. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests postmarked August 1 or later. If you do not cancel, and do not attend the retreat there will be no refund. Because of waiver requirements, tickets are issued individually, and are not transferable. If someone else arrives with your ticket, you will both be held accountable. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Requests must be made in writing to the Dragonfest PO box. No phone requests will be accepted.
