Sponsorship

Dragonfest is a nonprofit organization and each year’s retreat is entirely volunteer-created. Sponsorships and donations help us cover the cost of creating the retreat – from renting tents, tables, and chairs to compensating the landowner for the use of the site. If you would like to sponsor Dragonfest, you will receive recognition in our retreat program and here on our website.

2025 Sponsorship Opportunities
Support Dragonfest while increasing visibility for your organization. Sponsorship contributions
help us produce a memorable and meaningful event. In return, we provide public
acknowledgments of your generous support in the ways outlined below.
Bronze Dragon Level — $25 Contribution
Acknowledgment includes:

• A business card–sized name/logo placement in the event program
• Inclusion of your logo (alphabetical by sponsorship level) on the Sponsorship webpage

Silver Dragon Level — $45 Contribution
Acknowledgment includes:

• A quarter-page name/logo placement in the event program
• Inclusion of your logo (alphabetical by sponsorship level) on the Sponsorship webpage

Gold Dragon Level — $100 Contribution
Acknowledgment includes:

• A half-page name/logo placement in the event program
• Inclusion of your logo (alphabetical by sponsorship level) on the Sponsorship webpage

Sponsorship Highlights
All sponsors, regardless of level, will also receive:

• Inclusion in a “Thank You Sponsors” post on the official Dragonfest Facebook group once all sponsorships have been finalized. The post will list sponsor names without comparative language or promotional messaging.

⚠ Notes to Ensure IRS Compliance
To avoid characterization as taxable advertising:

• We will not include comparative or qualitative phrases or slogans (such as “the best,” “preferred choice”), or product/service endorsements in any acknowledgment.
• We can include non-comparative or qualitative phrases or slogans (such as “Serving Denver witches since 1995”), product offerings (“tarot cards, crystals and more!”), and business listing information such as hours of operation, address, website/email, phone number.
• Logos and names only will be used in acknowledgments. No price information, calls to action, or promotional descriptions will be included.
