What is the METHOD OF DELIVERY?

In our continuing efforts to improve the Dragonfest retreat and to do our part to help protect the environment, we have discontinued a large portion of the paper mail that you receive. Printed material that was previously mailed to you is now available online at our website for both viewing and downloading. This method keeps up with the quick pace of social media, allows us to keep you better informed, reduce the amount of materials sent to landfills, saves us money better spent on the actual retreat, and it allows you to choose the information that most pertains to you.

The following chart shows approximately how our information is currently distributed.

Updating Contact Information

You can update your contact information by email (registration@dragonfest.org) or phone (720-432-3724) and let us know your contact changes.

Via EMAIL: Type UPDATE CONTACT INFO in the subject line and send both the new and old information so we know we are correcting the right information.

Via PHONE: If you do not reach a live person, please leave your name, fest name (if different) and number and a good time to reach you and someone will call back to verify details like spelling.

• We do understand that not everyone in our community has access to the internet or might have a personal preference to receive our materials in the mail.If you would like to receive our materials by U.S.P.S. mail, please indicate in your email or phone call and let us know which of our items you want in printed form.
