Join us on Saturday, February 7, 2026 for our first annual midwinter gathering!
We will gather at the VFW Post 9644 located at 2680 W Hampden Ave, Englewood (Sheridan), CO 80110, from 11 am to 4 pm
Registration Prices:
Registration at the door is $35. Registration covers the cost of renting our gathering space. Kids <16 are free with an Adult purchase

Our gathering will include:
- An opening ritual led by Ellen & Greenman Mike
- A potluck (please bring a dish to share)
Easy potluck suggestions that are safe for gatherings
Prioritize Portability: Choose dishes that don’t easily spill and transport easily in covered containers or slow cookers.
Mind the Temperature: Opt for dishes that are safe to eat at a variety of temperatures. We will have multiple strips for crock pots to plug into and also ice trays.
Individual Portions: Dishes that are pre-portioned (like cupcakes, bars, or skewers) make serving easy and reducing the need for shared utensils.
Label Allergens: Create an ingredients label for your dish, especially for common allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) and if it’s vegetarian or vegan.

For a large gathering, the best potluck dishes are typically easy to transport, can be made ahead of time, and are simple for guests to serve themselves without much on-site prep.
- A silent auction benefiting the family of a beloved community member who recently passed
- A camping gear exchange (please bring your gently used camping gear that you no longer need)
- A giving tree for magical items
