Registration is Open for 2026!
Registration for the 2026 retreat is now open. Beginning this year, registration will be open nearly year-round. It will close about a week before the retreat and re-open a few weeks after the retreat. Dragonfest 2026 will be Wednesday, July 29th to Sunday, August 2nd.

For the next few newsletters we will be featuring a statement from each of our board members to help the community get to know our board a little bit better.
Vanth Angeles, Board Secretary
I’ve been a wanderer of the pagan path for nearly 20 years, and an initiated Wiccan since 2019. Ceremony and ritual are core to my personal and professional life, and I enjoy helping to create and conduct meaningful ones. Outside of ritual, I have an interest in writing and the ways in which writing can be used for divination, spellcraft and personal growth. Working as Events director for Dragonfest was a fun adventure, and I hope to help encourage more people to step forward to put on Workshops and Rituals now as a Board member. I also hope to find meaningful ways for Dragonfest to provide options for the community at the retreat.
Midwinter Gathering: Dragonfest Cityside
Community Magic Minus the Mountain: Saturday, February 7, 2026
We are excited to announce the theme and date for our midwinter gathering. This is a chance for folks who can’t make it up the mountain to share in the same camaraderie, connection and community spirit we love.
Join us for:

A Giving tree for magical items
A silent auction
A potluck to keep everyone happy and fed
