Once the Head of Operations announces the retreat theme, we open the annual Art Challenge. Members are invited to submit artwork that captures the spirit of that theme. All submissions are shared with the community, and members vote for the design they feel best embodies the topic. First Place receives a full retreat scholarship and the honor of having their artwork featured on the official attendee T-shirt. As always, if you have corrections, additions, or historical notes to contribute, they are warmly welcomed.
