Planning for Dragonfest 2023 is moving forward quickly! We’re very excited to catch you up on the work we’ve done so far.
Registration
Registration is now open! Go to the website and click the registration button to get started. You will notice that there is no Early Bird pricing tier this year; however, overall ticket prices have been lowered.
Dragonfest Website
The new Dragonfest website is live! We hope you like the fresh new look. Please reach out to communications@dragonfest.org if you notice any issues.
Dragonfest Staff Meetings
All staff meetings will be hosted in a hybrid format (both in person and online). They are hosted on the 3rd Saturday of each month from January to July and run from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Jefferson Unitarian Universalist Church: 14350 W. 32nd Ave Golden, CO 80401. The next staff meeting is May 20, 2023.

This year, Rites of Passage with signups will be prioritized for planning and creation, and the deadline to sign up is May 30. In order for Rites of Passage to happen, we must know that people are interested and will attend. Rite of Passage signup is here: https://forms.gle/

We are in need of presenters for the Mysteries – Men’s, Women’s and Lavender Mysteries.

We are in need of volunteers to run the grounding and centering tent.

We need presenters for Croning, Non-Binary Coming of Age, and Gender Transition Rites of Passage, as well as some helpers for these and the Girls’ Rite, Boys’ Rite, and Saging Rite.
